| In China,environmental issues have always been one of the hottest topics.In 2020,the poverty-stricken population in China has been lifted out of poverty in an all-round way under the current standards,and the focus of rural areas has shifted from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy,in which improving the rural living environment is an important part of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The governance of rural human settlements is a long-term and huge project,which requires the joint participation of the government,villagers and social forces.From the perspective of villagers’ participation,Leiyang City is selected as the research scope to study the villagers’ participation in the governance of rural human settlements.Through field visits to villagers in Leiyang City,relevant information and data were collected.Based on the theory of planned behavior,public participation and public goods,230 questionnaires were issued and 212 valid questionnaires were recovered.Through the descriptive statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,and using SPSS 21.0 software,using binary logistic regression model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of villagers’ participation in rural residential environment governance.Through the field visit and investigation of Leiyang City,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural human settlements and villagers’ participation in Leiyang City from the aspects of villagers’ individual characteristics,participation and influencing factors in rural human settlements governance.So as to analyze various problems existing in Villagers’ participation and draw relevant policies and conclusions.According to the results of empirical analysis,when testing the individual and family characteristics of villagers,only when the physical condition is different,the behavior of villagers’ participation will be different,and the physical condition has a positive impact on Villagers’ participation in rural residential environment governance,and other variables have no significant impact.At the same time,among attitude factors,subjective norm factors,perceived behavior control factors and external environmental factors,the strongest influencing factors are perceived behavior control,subjective norm and attitude.The external environment has no significant impact on Villagers’ participation in rural residential environment governance.Based on this,this paper puts forward relevant conclusions and policies.First,develop village industry according to local conditions and improve villagers’income;Second,improve the quality of villagers and clarify the importance of participation;Third,strengthen publicity and increase the investment of funds and talents for the treatment of rural human settlements;Fourth,improve the villagers’participation mechanism and form multi-body joint participation. |
