Research On Party Construction Mechanism Of Non-public Enterprises Under The Leadership Of Local Party Committee

In the new era,under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,the CPC has continuously pushed the party construction work of non-public enterprises to develop for the better and for the better,rallying non-public entrepreneurs,members of the public in non-public enterprises and the masses under the Party flag,giving full play to the Party’s strong ideological,political and organizational advantages,and successfully injecting great vitality into the Party’s efforts to guide China’s stability and meet various risks and challenges.At present,the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations has become an important area,but the Party’s construction mechanism under the leadership of local Party committees is not perfect and the work efficiency needs to be improved,which requires exploring,innovating and developing a new model of the Party’s construction that adapts to the modernization of the national governance system.Under the title of "study on the party construction mechanism of non-public enterprises under the leadership of the local party committee",this paper discusses the problems of the party construction mechanism of non-public enterprises under the leadership of the local party committee,and puts forward practical countermeasures.Based on Xi Jinping’s theories on the construction of non-public enterprises(NPEs),cooperative governance and other relevant theories,this paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the investigation of the C-Hi-Tech Zone,and comprehensively evaluates the main practices and achievements of NPEs under the leadership of local Party committees.At the same time,under the leadership of the local Party Committee of the C Hi-tech Zone,the work mechanism of the non-public enterprises in the construction of the Party focused on the ideological understanding of the gap,insufficient integration with the development of enterprises,and the weak strength of the party workers;This paper analyzes the reasons for this,such as the insufficient attention paid to the party construction work by non-public enterprises,the fact that the volume and development stage of non-public enterprises hinder the enthusiasm of the participants,the lag of the theoretical research on party construction of non-public enterprises and the vagueness of its orientation.On the basis of this,the countermeasures and suggestions of the party construction mechanism of non-public enterprises under the leadership of the local party committee are sought.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as establishing effective educational guidance mechanism,constructing multi-subject participation mechanism,promoting the integration mechanism of party construction and enterprise development,innovating the party construction mechanism of non-public enterprises and strengthening the incentive mechanism for the construction of party members of non-public enterprises.It is hoped that it can provide some feasible suggestions for the optimization of the Party construction mechanism of non-public enterprises under the leadership of the local Party Committee of the High-tech Zone C,as well as some references for the Party construction of non-public enterprises in similar areas.
