Investigation And Countermeasure Research On The Current Situation Of Collectivism Education Of Young Pioneers In Primary Schools

Children are the future and hope of the nation,and the Party attaches great importance to the development of children.The Young Pioneers is a group organization created by the Party.It shoulders the glorious mission of educating people for the Party and the country.In the process of educating people for the Party,it reflects the strategic,basic and source status.The Young Pioneers unite children in the collective with common development goals,rich activity content and strict discipline norms,realize the shaping of the values and behaviors of the Young Pioneers in the collective,and cultivate them into socialist builders and successors.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the young pioneers to practice collectivism education in the new era by studying the current situation of collectivism education of young pioneers in the new era,finding out the problems existing in collectivism education,deeply exploring the causes of the problems and proposing solutions.This paper mainly carries out questionnaire survey and interview on young pioneers and counselors in three primary schools in Hohhot,and uses relevant theories to carry out research.The research is divided into four parts : The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reasons for the topic selection,the significance of the research,and the literature review,core concepts,theoretical basis and research plan.The second part is the investigation of the implementation status of collectivism education in the Young Pioneers.This part is mainly composed of survey design,questionnaire reliability and validity analysis,and survey results.It expounds the development of collectivism education in the Young Pioneers,which is mainly manifested in the rich themes and various forms of collective activities.The Young Pioneers love the collective,learn the knowledge in the team,and contribute to the collective.However,the frequency of collective activities is not high,the lack of recognition of counselors,the sense of responsibility of the team members and the enthusiasm for participating in collective activities need to be improved.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the collectivism education of the young pioneers.The main manifestations are that the educational objectives are not clear enough,the educational content is not strong,the educational methods are not sufficient,the educational resources need to be developed and the evaluation system needs to be improved.The author puts forward that the problems in the implementation of the collectivism education of the Young Pioneers are mainly caused by the challenges of the Internet environment,the imperfect mechanism of collectivism education,and the insufficient attention of the family.The fourth part is the solution to the problem of collectivism education of the Young Pioneers.Effectively carrying out collectivism education activities of young pioneers and improving the overall quality of young pioneers require the participation of schools,families and social institutions.The deficiency of this study is that the representativeness of the selected samples is limited,and the situation of all schools is not involved.For example,school types such as rural and special education are not mentioned in this paper.
