For school education,Young Pioneers Education has an irreplaceable effect.The Young Pioneers Organization is a special organization that integrates child-centered bottom-up collective education,self-education,and practical education.It is an indispensable supplement to school education,family education,and social education.Among them,the Young Pioneers' model education is an important part in the Young Pioneers education and school moral education,and is the carrier of the work of the Young Pioneers team.The effectiveness of model education of the Young Pioneers affects the development of the entire Young Pioneers education.However,with the rapid development of society,people's world outlook and values have also undergone tremendous changes.The school' model education of the Young Pioneers will naturally be affected by traditional ideas.Model education is difficult to achieve,and model education is in trouble.In order to understand the current situation of the development of the Young Pioneers in the elementary school,this research conducted surveys and interviewed some Young Pioneers and Young Pioneer counselors in H city.On this basis,it analyzed the shortcomings of the current Young Pioneers model education,analyzed the reasons,and proposed corresponding strategy.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which clarifies the research background,research purpose and significance of this article;defines related concepts;introduces the theoretical basis,research ideas and methods,innovation points and deficiencies.The first chapter is an analysis of the literature on model education,Young Pioneers moral education,and the Young Pioneers model education.It combs out the status quo of current model education,Young Pioneers moral education and the role model of Young Pioneers,providing a new research perspective for this research.The second chapter is the empirical research part of the Young Pioneers model education,including the questionnaire design,the selection of survey objects,the status situations,and the existing problems.The implementation process of model education involves the choice of role models,model education methods,and the development of model educationactivities.The effect of model education is represented by the influence of model education and the acceptance of the current model education by Young Pioneers.The third chapter is an analysis of the factors that exist in the model education.The fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures from the four aspects of strengthening the training of instructors,changing the model of education,setting up young pioneers' role models,and normalizing the role of Young Pioneers model education under the premise of theoretical foundation and empirical research.This study believes that the Young Pioneers role model education will enable the Young Pioneers to form good character and moral feelings.The educator should use the development perspective to view the Young Pioneers education cause,recognize the important role of model education in Young Pioneers education,integrate all education resources,and do a good job.The complete unification of content and form.Through this study,the author hopes to provide some suggestions for the majority of Young Pioneers educators.On the other hand,he hopes that primary schools will increase the importance of example education to improve the quality of Young Pioneers' model education and do a good job for Young Pioneers moral education.
