Young Pioneers' organizational identification refers to a process and a result of an individual defining self as a Young Pioneer,and the individual is self-categorized in the process of belonging to the Young Pioneers and is consistent with the Young Pioneers in terms of psychology,emotion and behavior.Young pioneer organizational identification in the field of the Young Pioneers is a new concept,deepening,refining of the Young Pioneers' organizational identification research for the promotion of Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers' development has far-reaching significance.This study mainly uses the questionnaire to analyze the current situation and features of the High-grade primary students,discussing attribution of Young Pioneers' organizational identification,and summarizing the forming stage of the Young Pioneers' organizationa-l identification by using the interview method.Finally,based on the above research,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance Young Pioneers' organizational identification.This study divides the Young Pioneers' organizational identification into five dimensions: understanding level,emotion level,positive judgment level,behavioral intention level and behavior level.Questionnaire was used to investigate 600high-grade primary school students,the study found that: In general,Organizational identification of high-grade primary school students is relatively high,The level of recognition of each dimension is expressed from high to low:emotional level,positive judgment level,understanding level,behavioral intention level,behavior level.The student's gender,grade,class cadre and location of the school have a significant impact on the student's Young Pioneer organizational identification.But student's academic performance,the political face of family members do not have impact on Young Pioneers' organizational identification.Young Pioneers' organizational identification of high-grade primary students show the following characteristics:First,high-grade primary students in the emotional level and positive judgment level show a higher level of organizational identity than other levels;Second,the Young Pioneers organizational identification of the girls agree that the overall level is higher than that of boys;Third,fifth grade students of the Young Pioneers understanding level is higher than the sixth grade students;Fourth,the Young Pioneers' organizational identification of class cadres agree that the level of higher than non-class cadre students;Fifth,students with family members of the Communist Party members,their Young Pioneers' organizational identification level is higher than other students;sixth,Young Pioneers' organizational identification of urban primary students is higher than the rural primary students.According to the interview,the paper sums up the formation of the Young Pioneers' organizational identification requires three processes:self-classific-ation stage,organizational membership enhancement stage,attribution-dependent stage,and abstract four strengthening factors of Young Pioneers' organizational identification with interview code: the characteristics of Young Pioneers' activities,Young Pioneers counselors' style of behaving themselves,the relationships between the Young Pioneers,and the young pioneers' ceremony.Based on above research,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the organizational identification of the Young Pioneers from the aspects of the characteristics of the Young Pioneers and Young Pioneers' activities,the charisma of the Young Pioneers counselors,the interpersonal relationships within the Young Pioneers,and the young pioneers' uniqueness.First,to grasp the "quality" of the piracy activities strictly,to carry out the Young Pioneers activities more attractive,more effective;Second,the fair and democratic style of the Young Pioneers should be carried,to create an open and transparent organizational atmosphere;Third,the Young Pioneers need to construct a new type of attractive counselor team,choose excellent teachers,post-training should also be done;Fourth,to build a harmonious and charming Young Pioneers family and form good interpersonal relationships;Fifth,emphasizing the importance of the characteristics of the Young Pioneers' uniqueness,enchce the sense of honor of the team members in Young Pioneers;sixth,distribute educational resources rationally,promote Young Pioneers' intergrative development of city and village.
