Research On New Endogenous Development Model Of Characteristic Agriculture In Minority Areas Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that promoting the development of advantageous characteristic agricultural industry is an important task of the rural revitalization strategy,and exploring efficient and appropriate industrial mode is the key to the new endogenous development of characteristic agriculture.The comprehensive development of ethnic minority areas and countries is a dialectical relationship between the whole and the part.Characteristic agriculture is an important part of the agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.The development of advantageous characteristic agriculture in ethnic minority areas is not only to promote the development of ethnic areas and increase people’s income,but also an important measure to stimulate regional economic growth,and an important component of the construction of Chinese-style modernization.The key to the new endogenous development of characteristic industries in minority areas lies in the formation of an industrial model tailored to local conditions.Existing studies attach importance to the influence of single factor on the development model,so it is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of characteristic agriculture in minority areas and study the influence of multiple factors on the development model of characteristic agriculture from the perspective of the new endogenous development theory.Based on the interaction of three elements of "resource-participation-identification" in the new endogenous development theory,this paper takes the formation process of the characteristic agricultural development model in Xide County as a case sample,adopts the multi-case study method to explore the regional characteristic agricultural development model and its internal mechanism,and tries to summarize the theory and experience of the new endogenous development model of characteristic agriculture in minority areas.To promote the development of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics.The research shows that the characteristic agricultural development model in minority areas is affected by resources,participation and identity.The three factors are not independent or static,but dynamically interact to form three development models: collective mobilization type,internal cooperation type and internal and external pair type.This study provides a new research perspective and analysis paradigm for the theory of agriculture with characteristics in ethnic areas,broadens the research field of the new endogenous development theory in agriculture,and makes up for the deficiency of existing studies that take the new endogenous influence factors as static research.At the same time,the development of characteristic agriculture in minority areas should accelerate the cultivation of new agricultural management subjects,optimize the combination of resource elements and strengthen the development identity of minority areas,so as to enhance the development level of characteristic agriculture industry.
