Dong Gang Municipal Government To Promote The Development Path Of Characteristic Agricultural In Dustry Research

"When counties prosper,the country will prosper".The high-quality development of county administration units is a matter of national development in general.Promoting the "county economy" to ensure the high-quality development of counties has become the main theme of the new era.The key to accelerating the high-quality development of the "county economy" lies in increasing the income of farmers.By developing special agricultural industries,promoting the development of secondary and tertiary industries in counties,attracting surplus rural labour to local employment,enhancing rural productivity and increasing farmers’ income.In the context of the new era,to take the road of socialist rural revitalisation with Chinese characteristics,we must first explore a road of agricultural industry development with Chinese characteristics.To this end,it is necessary to carry out co-ordination from the county level,gain a comprehensive understanding of the development of China’s rural agricultural industries and scientifically plan the future of the development of agricultural industries with Chinese rural characteristics.This paper takes Donggang City,a county-level government in Dandong City,Liaoning Province,as a research case,adopts case study method,field survey and interview method,and adopts government function theory,collaborative governance theory,and industrial integration theory as the basis,through discussing the Donggang Municipal Government’s promotion of the development of special agricultural and the results achieved,summarizes and analyzes that Donggang City government mainly faces five major problems: shortage of labor in special agricultural industry,limitation of agricultural industry financing system,lack of synergy between multiple subjects,and lack of regional common brand effect of special agricultural products,It is found that the Donggang government faces five major problems: shortage of labor in the characteristic agricultural industry,limitations in the financing system of the agricultural industry,low level of industrialization of the characteristic agricultural industry,lack of synergy among multiple subjects,and lack of regional public brand effect of the characteristic agricultural products.For the Donggang government to promote the actual situation of the special agricultural industry,this paper builds a path for Donggang city government to promote the development of the characteristic agricultural industry by drawing on the experience and practices of other county governments to promote the development of the characteristic agricultural industry: creating a green channel for talents to provide strong support for the development of the characteristic agricultural industry;increasing financial support to build a financial system for the development of the characteristic agricultural industry;cultivating new industries and new business models to improve the industry integration mechanism;build the concept of collaborative development of multiple subjects to improve the efficiency of synergy;strengthen the construction of regional public brands and expand the effect of characteristic brands.To provide theoretical guidance for the further development of the special agricultural industry in Donggang City and advance the development of Donggang’s special agricultural industry.To provide reference for promoting the development of special agricultural industries in other counties.
