Research On The Construction Of The Mechanism For Leadership In Ideological Work In Colleges And Universities

System and mechanism construction is an important part of the leadership construction of ideological work in colleges and universities,involving with the standardization and effectiveness of ideological work.In the process of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,it won’t be enough to only focus on mastering the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities,but also put the new routines,measures,requirements of the party’s overall leadership into the practice of mechanism construction.At the same time,we need take practical measures,seek practical results and construct the leadership system and mechanism for ideological work in colleges and universities with overall synergy and effect.It will be of great benefit to master the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities in real.Focusing on controlling the leadership over ideological work in universities,this paper defines the concepts related to the mechanism of leadership over ideological work in universities,and makes it clear that ideological leadership and leadership over ideological work are closely linked with each other,as the latter reflects the former in terms of practical meaning.The mechanism of leadership over ideological work in universities involves a multi-layered and systematic institutional structure that mainly consists of scientific leadership structure and operation mechanism.Based on the analysis of related theories,it pays attention to the current building of leadership over ideological work in universities.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China values highly the building of leadership over ideological work in universities,combining macro leadership with specific requirements,top-level design with focus shift,and leadership affiliation with leadership promotion.However,the leadership over ideological work in universities still faces challenges posed by diversified social thoughts,online new media and Western hostile forces.Therefore,more efforts should be made to improve the mechanism related to leadership over ideological work,position management and discourse communication in universities.In term of promoting leadership,management and discourse power,it explores overall ideas and basic routines of establishing and perfecting the system and mechanism of the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities,namely perfecting the leadership system of ideological work in colleges and universities from the perspectives of improving the principal accountability system,responsibility system,and party-government coordination,optimizing the management mechanism of ideological work in colleges and universities from the perspectives of strengthening the dominance,standardization and interconnection,and making innovations in the communication mechanism of ideological work in colleges and universities from the perspectives of innovating in the discourse system,discourse communication mechanism,and public opinion guidance and coping mechanism.
