Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Citizens' Network Participation In Urban Grassroots Governanc

With the progress and development of socialist politics in our country,the enthusiasm of citizens to participate in politics has been continuously improved,which has promoted the improvement of social and political level.With the development of Internet information technology,citizen network participation has become an important means for individuals to participate in social development.Because of national governance,it is of great significance to study the issue of citizen network participation in urban grassroots governance.Taking citizen network participation in urban grassroots governance as the research center,this paper analyzes the current situation of citizen participation in urban grassroots governance in Jimo District,Qingdao,and discusses the problems and causes of citizen network participation in grassroots governance in Jimo District,including: citizen network participation Insufficient media literacy of citizens leads to insufficient capacity for citizen online participation;imperfect government response mechanism for citizen online participation results in low effectiveness of citizen online participation;uncontrollable public opinion environment for citizen online participation makes citizen online participation irrational;due to the lack of institutional guarantees for citizen online participation and constraints,resulting in the issue of behavioral norms for citizen network participation.In view of the existing problems in the urban grassroots governance in Jimo District,this paper proposes countermeasures to enhance the participation of citizen networks in urban grassroots governance from the government,public and social levels.The government level includes improving the urban governance capacity of the Jimo District government,improving the norms and systems of citizen network participation,and enriching the channels and forms of citizen network participation;the public level includes strengthening their own network participation awareness,cultivating their own enthusiasm for network participation,and improving their own network participation ability;social level Including integrating social resources to enhance online participation and mobilizing social forces to strengthen public opinion.
