Research On The Measurement Of The Transformation Level Of Museum Cultural Resources In The Western Region

As an important carrier of cultural inheritance and communication,the museum shoulders the mission of realizing the creative transformation of traditional culture.There are many museums in the western region of China,and the cultural relics are abundant.Improving the level of innovation and transformation of museum cultural resources is the specific requirement to activate the innovation vitality of museum cultural resources in the western region.Restricted by factors such as capital,management,talents and technology,the transformation of museum cultural resources in the western region has the problems of emphasizing protection and neglecting transformation,the transformation mode is restricted by the environment,and the efficiency of museum economic transformation is low.Based on the basic data of museum development in western provinces from 2017 to 2020,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the transformation level of museum cultural resources,and uses factor analysis to measure the transformation level of museum cultural resources.The results show that :(1)the transformation level of museum cultural resources in the western regions is not balanced,and its transformation level can be divided into three types : the leading areas include Sichuan and Shaanxi,and its transformation is at a high level;the medium-sized areas include Chongqing and Gansu,and there is still a certain gap between their transformation level and the leading areas.The backward areas include Guangxi,Guizhou,Yunnan,Tibet,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang,and their transformation level is below the average level of the western region.(2)Through comprehensive analysis,it is found that the transformation level of museum cultural resources in the leading area is high,and the change range is not large;the transformation level of the cultural resources of the museum in the middle area is in the middle and on the rise;the transformation level of museum cultural resources in backward areas is low,among which the transformation level of museum cultural resources in Guizhou,Yunnan and Tibet fluctuates greatly in individual years.(3)The factors affecting the transformation of museum cultural resources in the western region are as follows : the museum cultural industry is difficult to operate;museum public cultural service quality is not high;museum professional and technical personnel gap;lack of financial and technical support.Based on the above analysis,the leading area should actively develop new cultural formats,on the one hand to create a unique museum experience scene,on the other hand to provide personalized and diversified services;the medium-sized area should accelerate the promotion and publicity of museum culture,excavate the cultural connotation of museum characteristics,and build the brand image of museum culture;the backward areas mainly focus on consolidating the basic service construction of museums.While improving the ability and quality of talent teams and enriching the professional and technical support of museums,they also innovate the cooperation mechanism of museums in the western region and promote the transformation of museum cultural resources in the western region to a higher level.
