With the continuous development of our country’s economy and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the vast rural areas of our country have undergone earth shaking changes.The rural economy has steadily improved,and the pursuit of material life by rural people has been improved.As a result,more and more attention has been paid to education issues.The economic development of Funing District and the widening gap between urban and rural primary schools have made research on the development of rural primary education in Funing District important and necessary.Based on a survey of the current situation of rural primary schools,teachers,and students by the Education Bureau of Funing District,as well as a questionnaire survey of rural primary school teachers,this article elaborates on the overall basic situation,teaching staff,educational resource allocation,and curriculum design of rural primary schools in Funing District.Based on questionnaire survey data and analysis and interviews,the problems in the development of rural primary education in Funing District were analyzed,including inadequate school supporting facilities and low utilization rate of educational resources in terms of school education resource allocation.In terms of teaching staff and management,rural primary schools in Funing District have weak teaching staff and outdated management methods.In terms of school curriculum,the art courses in rural primary schools are non-existent.Analyze the causes of the above issues.We found that the financial support for rural primary schools in Funing District is insufficient,the layout of rural schools is unreasonable,the teacher management system is incomplete,the urban-rural exchange system is difficult to implement,and the curriculum implementation is not standardized.To address the above issues,this article proposes five educational development strategies.Firstly,increase financial investment in rural primary schools,optimize the allocation of educational resources with financial support,tilt educational funds towards rural areas,improve special management of financial funds,and seek paired assistance from enterprises for construction.Secondly,optimize the integration of educational resources,improve the utilization rate of educational resources through school consolidation,and strengthen the maintenance of educational resources.Thirdly,improve the teacher management system,strengthen the targeted training of subject teachers,increase the welfare subsidies for rural teachers,and broaden the promotion and development path for rural teachers.Fourthly,implement the urban-rural exchange system,standardize urban-rural exchanges in the form of policies,expand urban-rural exchanges through network informatization,and enrich urban-rural exchanges through activities.Fifth,strictly implement the dual reduction policy,change educational concepts,strengthen art course education,and introduce extracurricular art tutoring to assist rural primary school art education.
