Preschool education is the starting link of national education.Preschool education is constantly popularized,but there are still differences in human resources,material resources and policy preference among kindergartens,which form the imbalance of educational resources allocation.Only by alleviating or even eliminating these imbalances,can educational equity no longer be a slogan and benefit every Chinese.Therefore,it is urgent to increase the research results of preschool education equity.In view of this situation,based on the MPA major of public management,the author expounds the specific contents of preschool education resource allocation,collects information and data by means of interview,literature and questionnaire,and summarizes and finds that there is imbalance in education resource allocation,as well as the manifestations and reasons of unfair resource allocation,Taking s city as a specific case,this paper puts forward possible solutions and the realization of educational justice in preschool education.The framework of this paper is as follows:The first part is relevant theoretical basis,which provides support for the development of this research through detailed theoretical basis;The second part is the index system of S city to measure the allocation,focusing on modeling;The third part expounds the unfairness of resource allocation and analyzes its causes;The fourth part is the stone of another mountain--learning from the institutional measures at home and abroad to promote the development of fairness;The fifth part puts forward countermeasures for the current unfair situation based on the new public service theory.
