| Most scholars study the new-style army consolidation movement with "complaining movement" and "checking movement" as the object,with historical research and experience summary as the main purpose.Based on this,this paper examines the process and effect of the new army formation from the perspective of ideological and political principles.This paper holds that the new-style army formation is a systematic application of the principles of ideological party building and political army building by the Communist Party of China,which can be regarded as a comprehensive practice of the principles from the perspective of self-consciousness and systematicness of application.Guided by correct principles,the new army formation as a whole achieved the desired results,which partly explained why the war of Liberation was able to advance smoothly and win so quickly.First of all,from the background of the gutian Conference,it explains how this principle came into being and what struggles it has gone through to accurately explain the principle of "building the party ideologically and building the army politically".In the second half of 1947,the situation of the War of Liberation turned from defense to counteroffensive.In order to win the War of Liberation as soon as possible,the COMMUNIST Party of China carried out land reform,and all troops successively carried out the army consolidation campaign to meet the requirements of the new war situation.The vigorous new army consolidation campaign was launched in full swing.Complaining again opened the prologue of the new army,through the root of sarcasm,complaining water,after the root and other forms,so that all the officers and soldiers to improve the ideological consciousness,realize that the war of liberation is a class struggle,is for their own liberation,greatly improve the fighting spirit.Then a campaign was launched to check and rectify problems in the army in a timely manner to maintain the integrity of the Party and the army.The army’s inspection and rectification was combined with the party consolidation campaign to implement the Party’s line and policies,and the whole army became more united and fought bravely.Carry out war evaluation campaign extensively,launch democracy freely to improve military combat effectiveness.Then based on the study of the captive transformation movement,the Communist Party of China urgently needed to supplement the source of disease in the early stage of the war,the liberation soldiers this group was born,through the study of the policy line of the Communist Party of China,wake up the class consciousness,the liberation soldiers turned guns to the Kuomintang army,for their own liberation.Finally,it summarizes the effectiveness and experience of the new army formation.The various measures adopted by the new army formation make the officers and men accept the enlightenment baptism of the proletarian revolution,eliminate all kinds of wrong thoughts in the army,complete the unified leadership of the organization,gather the hearts of the troops,realize the unity within the army,and ensure the victory of the war.This article mainly focuses on the middle and late period of the Liberation War,the Communist Party of China assessed the situation and carried out a large-scale army movement in the army.Reviewing a series of measures taken by the Communist Party of China in the War of Liberation,to discuss and analyze the important role of army formation in this period of history... |
