| Under the situation of severe employment situation and oversupply of the labor force,the employment problem of college students with visual impairment is increasingly prominent.Compared with healthy college students,the visually impaired college students,as a disadvantaged group in society,are often faced with more difficulties and obstacles in the process of employment.At present,the employment policies and regulations for the disabled are gradually improving,and there is more and more employment support for the disabled.However,if visually impaired college students want to achieve successful employment,it is a problem that can not be ignored to cultivate their awareness of employment.Based on the theory of all-round development,the dialectical relationship between social being and social consciousness,and the theory of self-education in ideological and political education,this paper makes an empirical study on the visually impaired college students who are qualified to enroll visually impaired college students.The first chapter is the introduction of this paper,which mainly introduces the research aim and significance,the research status,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation and difficulty.The second chapter is an overview of the employment awareness of college students with visual impairment,including the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.Based on the questionnaire survey,the third chapter analyzes the problems of employment awareness of college students with visual impairment.The fourth chapter explores the impact of employment awareness of college students with visual impairment from society,universities,families,and students.The fifth chapter aims at the problems of employment awareness of college students with visual impairment,and puts forward corresponding training paths.This paper puts forward some ways to optimize the social environment,strengthen the guidance of ideological and political education,give full play to the influence of family employment,and enhance selfeducation ability. |
