Research On The Cultivation Of Law Awareness Of College Students From The Perspective Of Governing The Country According To Law

At present,China has entered a new era of "all-round rule of law".Rule-by-law,rule by law,and administration by law are steadily advancing.Significant progress has been made in the construction of a rule-of-law country,a rule-of-law government,and a rule of law society..However,under the double prosperity of the theoretical research of the rule of law and the construction of the legal system,it did not bring the same rule of law.Investigate the reason,the realization of the comprehensive rule of law is inseparable from the main factor of "people".Therefore,to promote the construction of a comprehensive country governed by the law,we should change our perspective and turn our attention to the subject of the rule of law,citizens,and start with the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.To this end,the party and the state proposed to "establish awareness of the rule of law in the entire society" and "improve the legal ethics and moral quality of the entire nation." The rule of law awareness is the inner soul and spiritual power of a country ruled by law.Without the people 's awareness of the rule of law,it is impossible to achieve a comprehensive rule of law.Therefore,the improvement of the nation's awareness of the rule of law is essential to the overall promotion of the rule of law.College students are the future of the country,the hope of the nation,and the backbone of promoting the comprehensive construction of the country according to law.The cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law should pay more attention to the group of college students.College students have received many years of education on the rule of law,have basic legal knowledge and legal literacy,and should have become a group with the quality of the rule of law and leading citizens to the level of the rule of law.However,it is regrettable that the current cultivation of college students 'awareness of the rule of law is not ideal,and the awareness of the rule of law is relatively weak.News of college students' crimes and crimes often occupy the focus of public opinion.While we sigh,we have to reflect on the issues related to the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law,clarify the problems highlighted by the current cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,explore the reasons behind the problems,and then build an effective system of cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.This article aims at the reality that the current college students 'awareness of the rule of law is still weak.On the basis of defining the connotation of the awareness of the rule of law,the concept,content,characteristics and influencing factors of the awareness of the rule of law among college students are analyzed.Discuss the importance of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law;on the basis of affirming the existing training effects,summarize the current problems of poor cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law,the disconnection of theory and practice,and the complex and complicated social environment;etc.Analyze the reasons for college students 'subjective conditions,training system,external environment,etc.;propose that the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law should take the cultivation of "faith of the rule of law" as the ultimate goal,with college training as the main position,supplemented by family and society,and comprehensively build the cultivation of rule of law awareness system.The need to comprehensively govern the country according to law has forced reforms in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.This article hopes that with the help of the research on the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law,it calls for the era of comprehensively ruling the country by law to strengthen the focus on the college students,increase the training efforts,improve the training system,improve the quality of the rule of law for college students,and cultivate more needs for the comprehensive construction of the rule of law Talents;and enrich the academic research on the cultivation path of the rule of law awareness of college students,in order to better adapt to and meet the requirements of comprehensively promoting the rule of law,and achieve the goal of building a socialist country ruled by law.
