Research On Countermeasure Of Beidaihe District Government To Promote College Students' Employment

In recent years,the college students' employment problem has been focused in our society.Many scholars in various disciplines,who also form a certain theory,but most of them are from macro perspective,such as students' difficult employment reasons,factors and strategies to solve the employment problem of college students.They are lack of the guidance about the college students' employment.Current research on employment guidance in universities mainly career guidance and briefings,which may guide the experience of foreign employment.The dissertation selects Beidaihe area to analyze the employment situation and employment characteristics of university students in the region.First,to analyze the causes of the university students' employment in the region.Sending the questionnaire survey to college students,and analyzing some problems about the employment force,employment structure,and self-employed.Second,analyzing some factors of government policies which hindering the college students' employment.At last,proposing countermeasures,for example,the government should readjust industrial structure,promote employment market reform,and perfect the social security system,and so on.Promoting Employment of Graduates better completed,the university graduates can make contributions to various positions in the society and make contributions to the development of China,and maintain social stability and harmonious development.
