Research On The Experience Of Organizational Strength Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Party Organizations In Yunnan Frontier Areas In The New Era

Rural grass-roots party organizations are the foundation of the party’s all work and combat effectiveness in rural areas,and are the bridge and link between the party and the peasant masses.Organizational strength is the comprehensive strength of grass-roots party organizations in the process of implementing the party’s principles and policies,keeping close contact with the masses,and developing themselves.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that "we should focus on improving organizational strength and highlight political functions." Party Report to the 20 th CPC National Congress also pointed out that "grass-roots party organizations should be built into a strong fighting fortress to effectively realize the leadership of the party." Strengthening the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations has an important impact on the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and is of great significance to consolidating the party’s ruling foundation in rural areas.For a long time,Yunnan has always attached great importance to the organizational strength construction of rural grassroots party organizations in the border areas.Under the influence of special factors such as "being located in the frontier,ethnic diversity,cultural diversity,numerous mountainous areas and underdeveloped economy",the organizational strength construction faces its own special challenges.In this paper,the grassroots party organizations in rural areas in Yunnan border areas are taken as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,field investigation,econometric analysis and inductive summary to sort out and analyze the environment,existing problems and measures taken by the grassroots party organizations in rural areas in Yunnan in the new era.It is pointed out that the strength of organizational strength is not only influenced by organizational subject and object,but also by organizational environment.Among the environmental factors such as economy,politics,culture and security,economic environment is the most important factor affecting the strength of organizational strength.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the grassroots party organizations in rural areas in Yunnan border areas have continuously promoted the improvement of organizational strength from six aspects:political leadership,development impetus,mass cohesion,social appeal,organizational coverage and self-innovation.They have strengthened political construction,promoted economic development,served the masses,strengthened theoretical propaganda and improved organizational coverage.While the organizational strength has been improved,it has also formed the experience of organizational strength construction with Yunnan characteristics,which mainly includes three aspects: organizational subject,organizational object and organizational environment,that is,we should constantly strengthen our own construction,build high-quality party member teams,build strong organizational positions,give full play to the role of fighting bastion;We should do a good job in mass work abroad,go deep into the countryside to understand the needs of farmers,take flexible measures to solve the problems of the masses,and always rally the peasants around the party;At the same time,by promoting national unity,guiding religious harmony,and guarding the border areas,we can maintain the harmony and stability of the border areas and create a good environment for organizational construction.
