Research On The Survival Status And Countermeasures Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Zhanjiang

Due to the progress of the times and the rapid development of the economy,the intergenerational changes of migrant workers have also changed.Migrant workers born after 1980 are known as the new generation of migrant workers.The survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers is not only related to the development of this group,but also affects the stable development and economic prosperity of the entire society.It is also a major problem facing the current government.Safeguarding the rights of the new generation of migrant workers can promote social equity,and is also necessary to ensure the survival and development rights of the new generation of migrant workers in the era.This article takes the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang region as the research object,and uses a questionnaire survey to investigate and study the survival situation of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang from the aspects of psychology,health,education,skills,housing,marriage,resignation,employment,income and expenditure,and rights and interests protection.The research results are as follows:1.In Zhanjiang,the new generation of migrant workers have narrow channels of employment,restricted employment rights,poor working conditions,difficult job safety,low pay,small living space,and high work pressure,physical and psychological Sub-optimal health,impaired protection of social rights and interests,and problems such as poor quality of education.2.The reasons for the plight of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang are the restriction of the dual household registration system in urban and rural areas,the lack of legal policies to protect their rights and interests,and the insufficient publicity of relevant policies,lack of social responsibility,marginalised and ineffective trade unions,lack of vocational education and skills training,poor education and lack of long-term planning.The reasons for the plight of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang are the restriction of the dual household registration system in urban and rural areas,the lack of legal policies to protect their rights and interests,and the insufficient publicity of relevant policies,lack of social responsibility,marginalised and ineffective trade unions,lack of vocational education and skills training,poor education and lack of long-term planning.3.The countermeasures for the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang can be improved by improving laws and regulations,strengthening government supervision and services,enhancing the sense of social responsibility of employers and enterprises,improving the working environment,and improving the rights protection organizations of trade unions in Hong Kong,we should set up special aid organizations,strengthen education and training,improve the comprehensive quality of the new generation of migrant workers,guide the new generation of migrant workers to exert their subjective initiative,and help them carry out career planning.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide theoretical and data references for relevant urban management departments in improving the living conditions and enhancing their happiness of the new generation of migrant workers in Zhanjiang region.
