And their crime phenomenon has some characteristics, suchas more crime types, prominent property crime, serious gang crime, violent and revenge crimeincreased, criminal means tend to be intelligent and so on. From philosophical point of view,any phenomenon is from a certain cause, which is the same to the new generation migrantworkers crime phenomenon. The cause of the crime mainly includes social causes and its ownfactors. The social reasons mainly include economic conditions, effects of urban and ruralsocial structure, the influence of cultural conflict, effects of education system defect andfamily influence. Thecommunity prevention is mainly to bring the new generation into the city community andrural community crime prevention system. The psychological prevention includes two aspects,which are individual personality by the society and self-improvement. The punishmentprevention achieves the crime prevention purposes through the general prevention and thespecial prevention.
