Study On The Cultural Environment Of Ideological And Political Educational For Strengthening The Army

In December 2020,President Xi Jinping personally approved the holding of the Military Ideological and Political Work Conference,which focused on reconstructing the ideological and political education system of our army.After the meeting,with the promotion of the three laws and regulations on military ideological and political education,there are still many issues that need to be further studied and explored to strengthen the effectiveness the education in the new era.For example,the Provisions on Ideological and Political Education in the Armed Forces for the first time put forward the educational method of "educating people through culture",and pointed out that "a political and cultural environment with strong military flavor and full of righteous spirit should be created so that officers and soldiers can be nurtured and educated at all times." Military cultural environment is an important medium of ideological and political education.However,with the development of the times,the construction of military cultural environment cannot keep up with the innovation of ideological and political education in this times,and cannot adapt to the practical needs of new generation officers and soldiers.This is an increasingly prominent problem that demands in-depth research and exploration at all levels for an effective solution.To enhance the cultural environment for military ideological and political education in the new era to achieve the effect of “education and cultivation through culture",this paper takes military ideological and political education and its cultural environment as the research object,to explore the construction of cultural environment for military ideological and political education in building cohesion and strengthening of the army.For this purpose,systemic analysis of cultural environment and military ideological and political education related concepts,contents and features is conducted,with its focuses on the influence of cultural environment on ideological and political education from the perspective of the goal of building a strong army,and analysis on the mechanism of "casting soul,supporting war and shaping image through culture".Then,this paper adopts the methods such as questionnaire survey,field visits to examine the construction of cultural environment for ideological and political education of various services and arms,and uses the related software analysis of statistical data,for a comprehensive understanding of cultural environment construction for ideological and political education of and its functioning,as well as a scientific study of the potential opportunities,actual challenges,and practical implications in the new era.Finally,from the dimensions of building "a political cultural environment of listening to the Party,a combat cultural environment of being able to win,a feature cultural environment of a fine work style,and a cyber cultural environment of integrating the red and the blue”,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the building of cohesion and the strengthening of the army through the construction of military cultural environment for ideological and political education,so as to form a general pattern of multi-dimensional education for military personnel through culture,promote high-quality development of military cultural environment construction,and fully release the maximum efficiency of education through culture.
