| With the development of economic globalization,cross-border investment has developed rapidly.In order to meet the needs of economic globalization and the rapid development of investment,countries have continuously improved their own national investment laws.As a participating country in the world economic development,Mongolia also wants to develop its economy better,so it needs to attract more foreign investors to invest in Mongolia.Although many preferential policies have been proposed in the process,great results have been achieved,but There are also many problems.A stable political environment,legal policies,and abundant natural resources are important conditions for a country to attract domestic and foreign investment.A stable political environment,legal policies,and abundant natural resources are important conditions for a country to attract domestic and foreign investment.In order to better attract foreign investors to invest in Mongolia,the Mongolian government re-enacted the Mongolian Investment Law in 2013,relaxing the conditions for foreign investors to invest in Mongolia.In terms of investment scope,investment form,tax treatment,land use,etc.,it provides foreign investors with incentives and preferential measures,and provides a fairly stable investment environment for foreign investors through the protection of foreign exchange rights and interests,the guarantee of nationalized collection,and dispute resolution.To a certain extent,Mongolia’s foreign investment encouragement and protection system is a legal support framework to protect investors.However,in practice,it is found that there are many problems,and the encouragement of foreign investment and foreign investment protection needs to be further improved,and more foreign funds can be obtained to serve the construction of the domestic economy.This paper analyzes the status quo of Mongolia’s investment encouragement and protection system,and the establishment of foreign investment encouragement and protection system,so as to more objectively analyze the existing problems and deficiencies,and put forward constructive suggestions for improving Mongolia’s investment environment and attracting foreign investment.Perfect suggestion.It is hoped that the research in this paper can make a certain contribution to the economic development of Mongolia. |
