Research On Grid Governance Of G Street Urban Communities Under The Background Of Public Health Emergency

In recent years,community grid governance has become an innovative form of grass-roots community governance.With the development of the time,the community grid governance model has been constantly improved in the process of practice,and now has the institutional potential in grass-roots social governance and public services.In the face of public health emergencies such as the COVID-19,the community grid treatment and haircut has played a key role in the prevention and control of the epidemic in grass-roots communities.However,as an innovative form of community governance at the grass-roots level,community grid governance still has many shortcomings.Therefore,research on the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in public health emergencies has become an opportunity for the development of community grid governance.On this basis,this paper first defines urban communities,public health emergencies,community grid governance and other related concepts.Secondly,we have summarized and organized relevant data from China and other countries,with a focus on exploring grid governance,the research on the perspective of public health emergencies(epidemic prevention and control perspective),and other aspects are summarized and summarized,which lays the foundation for the following analysis.Thirdly,this paper selects the urban community of G street in Foshan City as the research object,and discusses the basic situation of the urban community of G street in Foshan City,the governance mode of G street urban community before the public health emergency,the grid governance mode of G street urban community after the public health emergency,and the effectiveness and shortcomings of the grid governance during the public health emergency.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method is used to analyze the current situation of urban community grid governance in G Street of Foshan City,and the rationality of the questionnaire is tested through reliability and validity.Then,the questionnaire survey is used to analyze the existing problems of urban community grid governance in G Street of Foshan City,including inadequate refinement of community grid governance,non-professional construction of grid staff,unsmooth communication of community information,and low participation of community residents,and the reasons are analyzed.Finally,from four aspects of improving the community grid governance system,improving the construction of community grid members,establishing a grid governance intelligent platform,and guiding residents to participate in grid governance,the article provides suggestions and measures for improving the network renovation strength of urban communities in G Street,Foshan.The purpose of this thesis is to provide practical guidance for the targeted adjustment and optimization of the grid management structure of the G street urban community in Foshan City,so as to improve the grid governance level.At the same time,it also provides reference for other regions to improve the grid governance capacity of urban communities under public health emergencies.
