Urban Community Grid Governance Optimization Path Research

dynamic governance model,is conducive to community residents participating in community life extensively,realizing the fine management of the community,integrating social resources,and promoting the development of a harmonious community.Urban community grid governance provides effective,efficient,and convenient public services for residents of urban communities through the effective integration of governance resources,information sharing,and collaborative governance of multiple entities.Qingdao is a grass-roots governance system for innovative society.It has standardized the construction of basic grassroots organizations and the rule of law at the grass-roots level.It has responded better to the highly complex and uncertain governance environment.It has gradually promoted the grid governance of urban communities since 2014.Construction.The governance of community grids in Qingdao has progressed from the initial imperfections to continuous improvement in practice.Good results have been achieved in the optimization of social grassroots governance and the promotion of community modernization;information and refinement have been formed.The dynamic,humanized and diversified features of community grid governance have expanded community residents' political participation channels,improved the quality of life of community residents,brought the relationship between the state and society closer,and created a good community environment.However,it is undeniable that community grid governance still has problems that hinder its optimization and development in the actual operation process.This paper hopes to find out the actual existence of community grid governance through investigation and study of the specific community grid governance in Qingdao.The problem,the
