| The Chinese Young Pioneers are the strategic reserve team of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which undertakes the mission of promoting the moral cultivation of young pioneers,while the activities of young pioneers are unique education mode of young pioneers.As an important role in the internalization of individual morality,moral emotion education has become a key link in the moral cultivation of young pioneers.In order to improve the effectiveness of Young Pioneers moral education,this study carried out the following explorations on moral emotion education based on Young Pioneers activities.Firstly,on the basis of clarifying the core concepts,this study clarifies the basic contents and characteristics of moral emotion education based on Young Pioneers activities level by level,and analyzes the basic theories related to the theme,so as to lay the foundation for the followings.Through theoretical interpretation,this study finds that the subject of the Young Pioneers activities has the need for moral emotion education.The content of activities carries the content of moral emotion education,and the unique form of activities has the advantages of moral emotion education.Therefore,moral emotion education based on Young Pioneers activities has the possibility.At the same time,moral emotion education can promote the moral development of the subject of the Young Pioneers activities in this unique way,enhance the educational charm of the content of the Young Pioneers activities,and improve the educational effectiveness of the Young Pioneers activities.Therefore,there is a need for moral emotion education based on Young Pioneer activities,and it becomes an inevitable choice for Young Pioneer education.Secondly,based on the cases and data collected from field observations,interviews interview and observations,this study conducts a realistic review of the moral emotion education based on the activities of the Young Pioneers and summarizes the problems that exist in the current educational practice.Specifically,the main problems include the dilution of the subject of the activity,the low participation of the young pioneers’ moral emotion,the narrowing of the content of the activity itself,the incomplete presentation of the moral emotion educational meaning,the solidification of the specific form of the activity,the lack of the young pioneers’ moral emotion experience,the weakening of the guidance of the activity,the lack of the young pioneers’ moral emotion perception and the lack of the young pioneers’ moral emotion reflection caused by the rigidity of the evaluation.In response to the problems,the causes are mainly the weak support of social forces,the lack of attention to the school environment,the low level of design of Pioneer activities,and the weakness of teachers for Pioneer activities.Finally,in order to optimize the current moral emotion education based on the activities of the Young Pioneers,this study proposes optimization strategies from four perspectives: social power,school environment,activity design,and teacher strength,starting from the problems and causes.First,local youth pioneer work committees and schools should integrate social forces to explore moral emotion education resources.Second,schools,as the main venue for Young Pioneers activities,should optimize their own environment and create an atmosphere for moral emotion education.Third,improve the design of each element of the activities of the Young Pioneers and improve the way of moral emotion education.Fourthly,strengthen the training of the teachers who are the counselors of the Young Pioneers,improve the guidance ability and moral and emotional quality of the counselors. |
