Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Disclosure Of Financial Information In T City

Fully implementing government information disclosure and exercising power in a transparent manner was an important measure to improve China’s governance capacity and governance level,enhanced the government’s administrative efficiency and credibility,and protected the people’s rights to know,participate in,express,and supervise.As the top priority of government information,financial information was an important carrier to give full play to the effectiveness of national governance.Its disclosure has become an inevitable trend to promote economic and social development,and is the people’s hope and political direction.In recent years,in order to realize the modernization of national governance,how to strengthen the disclosure of financial information and create "transparent finance,sunshine finance" has become an important issue of governments at all levels and social research.Sticking to the principle of "open as the norm,not open for exception",guided by the theory of public finance and principal-agent,and based on the full study of domestic and foreign literature,the paper,by means of the questionnaire survey and interview survey,makes an empirical study of fiscal information disclosure situation and practice in T city and points out the typical problems existing in the current financial information disclosure work,such as the inferior financial information disclosure quality,backward information construction,the delayed timeless of disclosure and less public participation and interaction.By analysis,induction and summary,it is concluded that the problems mainly stem from the imperfect relevant system construction,the low investment in information platform innovation,the lack of subjective awareness and supervision mechanism,and the inadequate publicity and public opinion guidance.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of financial information disclosure in T city,on the basis of investigation and analysis and by comparing and learning from the experience of domestic financial information disclosure in some advanced regions,some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in this paper from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the system,promoting the informatization construction in finance,strengthening supervision measures,enhancing the interaction quality between government and the public.It is hoped that the research above can promote the financial information disclosure work in T City to move towards the goal of being "comprehensive,standardized and transparent" and make a contribution to the high-quality development of the city’s financial work.
