Teachers’ development monitoring is a major strategic task of China,which has great significance to strengthen national education supervision,and elevates the education quality.Education units of all levels have established the teachers’development information base at present,but there are rarely dedicated and effective monitoring systems,since the information sources are spotty,and its present forms are monotonous,and most monitoring of information concentrate on concise data statistics,monitoring ranges are not comprehensive enough,the divisions of monitoring indicators are rather vague,and teachers’ development data is lack of in-depth excavation.In the field of education,data mining can reveal features like the relationship among the data of teachers’ development indicators and the future trends,which can provide support for the establishment of deep teachers’ development data sets,and realize the monitoring and evaluation service of teachers’ development preferably.This thesis designed and implemented teachers’ development monitoring and evaluation system which combines the data mining algorithm with teachers’ development resource based on teachers’ structure indicators grouped data,and it can provide convenient and visualized service of teachers’ development monitoring and evaluation,which has important significance in theory and practice.The main works of this thesis include three parts.Firstly,for the characteristics of teachers’ development in different years and different teaching stages,the teachers’ development indicators were sorted,and a resource database and a monitoring database of the teachers’ development have been established.This thesis designed a teachers’development monitoring and evaluation system,and the function of teachers’development management subsystem and teachers’development monitoring subsystem have been designed.Secondly,this thesis studied and implemented teachers’ development evolution and prediction algorithm.The number of teachers and the number of students in different years and different provinces were taken as the analysis index,the trend prediction,the gravity evolution core and the regional difference of teachers’ development indicators have been deeply excavated.Thirdly,the basic functions of teachers’ development monitoring and evaluation system have been realized,which includes teachers’ development management subsystem and teachers’ development monitoring subsystem.This thesis completed the management of teachers’ development resources and the visualization of the data of teachers’ development indicators and provided users with evaluation service of teachers’development.
