Following the deepening development in P.E. education reformatory, the evaluation and monitoring of education quality of teaching has been become a available way in verify the achievements of teaching reform above. Above all, it plays an important role in discussing and studying the subject of teaching monitoring and evaluation of P.E. teachers'in universities.The subject was studied by the system, method, content of teaching monitoring and evaluation of P.E. teachers'in universities of Harbin.
