In recent years,with the rapid development of robot technology,more and more universities in China have begun to introduce robot technology into the classroom,but the number and types of robots for student education are relatively small.Based on this,this article will develop a robot for experimental teaching of vocational college students.Its main contents include the following:1.According to the actual working environment and requirements of the robot,this paper selects the structure and determines the size parameters,then designs the overall structure of the robot,and designs and selects the transmission system of the robot.2.Using Solid Works software to design the dimensions of each link of the robot,and establish an overall three-dimensional model and use ANSYS software to perform finite element analysis on the key components of the robot to verify the structural strength.According to the three-dimensional model of the robot,the D-H parameter table is established,and the forward and inverse kinematics are solved.Then,the Matlab software is used to establish a mathematical model of the robot and do kinematic analysis and simulation,which truly reflects the movement of the robot joints.3.After that,the body was manufactured by 3D printing,and the overall control system of the robot was designed,and the overall control connection diagram of the circuit was drawn.Using lab VIEW software programming,design the experimental teaching platform,and complete the communication connection with the Arduino control board.4.Through the designed experimental teaching platform,the robot is subjected to preliminary functional tests to prove whether the designed ontology can complete the specified actions.The results show that the designed teaching robot can be applied to the school experimental course teaching. |
