With the rapid development of science and technology, robotic technology goes from the laboratory into the classroom, and is listed in the teaching contents of informational technology in middle schools. Now the robotic technology has been a major leap in the field of education, and many schools have gradually carried out various forms of robotic education. However, from the perspective of the development of the robotic courses in our country, there are only a small number of conditional areas and schools including robot teaching in the formal teaching, and others conduct in the form of extra-curricular activities, interesting classes, training classes and so on. Therefore, in the context of educational information, constructing and applying the video resources about robotic curriculum for secondary schools has gradually supported by the first-line teachers and education experts, and it will also become the inevitable development of the times.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, we describe the significance of constructing the robotic laboratory and the principles should be followed. Then we set Ba-shan Middle School in Zhong-xian as an example, and determine corresponding program for robotic laboratory construction according to the different levels of students and services. At the same time, we form the robot experimental teaching system which organically combining teaching theories with practical operation, aiming at training applied and innovative talents, covering various levels including basic experiment, comprehensive experiments, innovative experiments and others.Secondly, under the guidance of advanced theories on teaching and curriculum development, we put forward the design modes of constructing video curriculum resources: teaching design, acquisition of video materials, editing video materials, video output and so on, and a case of teaching video is made by taking the "The use of gray-level detection sensor" as example.Thirdly, this robotic video resource is used to informational technology class in ninth grade of Ba-shan Middle School. In order to actively explore the practical effect of our research and further improve this paper, we collect feedback information through questionnaire survey, test, interviews and other evaluation methods. The experimental data show that the design and application of our video curriculum resources are affirmed and approved, which is conducive to the promotion of learning.
