Line dance,as a mass sports event,has been rapidly sought after by national universities,middle schools,primary schools,enterprises,institutions,and social organizations since it was promoted in my country in 2008.During the promotion of line dance,the holding of competitions is undoubtedly a key part to expand the influence of the project and promote its rapid development.The level of competition service directly affects the holding of the competitions,so higher service quality for line dance competitions is proposed.This study mainly used the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to study the service quality evaluation of line dance competitions.With the help of the SERVPERF model,combined with the characteristics of line dance competitions,the final evaluation index for the service quality of line dance competitions is determined,and get the weight value of each indicator through the expert’s assignment of the importance of the indicator,and a service quality evaluation index system that conforms to the characteristics of my country’s line dance competitions is constructed.Through the finals of "Dancing China-Line Dance League" for empirical testing,finding out the current service quality problems in line dance competitions,put forward certain suggestions and solutions,and provide an evaluation system and theoretical reference for promoting the development of my country’s line dance competitions and improving the service quality of my country’s line dance competitions.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The service quality evaluation system for line dance competitions includes five first-level dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy,and27 secondary indicators of complete service system,reasonable and scientific layout of the arena,complete equipment in the arena,diversified facilities outside the arena,clean environment of the arena,good living services,timely release of game results etc.2.The AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to assign importance to the service quality evaluation indicators of line dance competitions.Through the consistency test,the weight coefficients of the five first-level dimensions of tangibility,reliability,responsiveness,assurance,and empathy are 0.34838,0.24052,0.21694,0.10433,0.08984 and the corresponding weight results of 27 indicators have established a complete service quality evaluation system for line dance competitions.3.Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct an empirical test of the finals of "Dancing China-Line Dance League" in 2020.Through a questionnaire survey,it is found that there are differences in the service quality evaluation of line dance competitions in age and occupation classification.Finally,comprehensive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation scores ranking for each dimension are obtained:tangible 4.325 points,reliability 4.262 points,empathy 4.093 points,responsiveness 4.044 points,and guaranteeability 3.994 points,indicating that the service quality of the finals of "Dancing China-Line Dance League" in 2020 is relatively high,and the service quality of line dance competitions.The evaluation system can make an objective and true evaluation of the event.
