Research Objectives:The hip joint plays an important role in the 100-meter running technique,and the ability of fast shearing and twisting with the hip as the axis and the coordination and control of neuromuscle are the indispensable special abilities of sprinters.In this paper,based on the concept of functional training and the characteristics of 100-meter long-distance running technology,combining theory with special technology,a functional training program with hip joint as the core is designed,and whether it can improve the 100-meter long-distance running technology and speed ability of athletes aged between 13 and 15.Research methods:literature method,expert interview method,experiment method,two-dimensional video analysis method and mathematical statistics method.Research results:Before the experiment,through technical analysis and other index tests,it was diagnosed that the athletes’ speed maintaining ability was weak,and the strength and stability of the core area were weak,showing the technical performance of "upward but not forward".There are some problems,such as low utilization rate of hip joint,weak coordination ability of various parts of body in the process of running,more consumption in the process of power transmission,and the range and speed of motion of two legs in the process of running need to be improved.Design,aiming at the above problems related to the hip joint functional training,after 12 weeks of training system,the experimental group before and after the experiment of 100 meters,moving around 30 meters,step length,lateral hip oscillation amplitude and oscillation amplitude average angular velocity,the left thigh and average angular velocity,the left leg oscillation amplitude and average angular velocity showed significant difference,There were significant differences in the Angle of left thigh at the landing moment,the Angle of both sides of thigh and trunk at the vertical moment,the Angle of left knee and the Angle of left knee,the Angle of calf and the Angle of two thighs at the left and the Angle of left thigh and the Angle of right trunk.The difference between the left and right sides of each technical index before and after the experiment was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that the difference between the left and right sides of the technical movement was reduced after the experiment.Research Conclusions:(1)12 weeks of hip joint functional training can promote the special speed of 100 meters and the speed of 30 meters between the 13 and 15 years old athletes.(2)The 12-week hip functional training significantly increased the step length of the athletes aged 13-15 in the middle running stage,accelerated the motion range and speed of the hip joint and two legs,and significantly improved the technical movement of the support leg at the moment when it was off the ground.Compared with before the experiment,the technical performance showed that the supporting leg was more fully extended,the hip joint was actively forward,the Angle from the ground was reduced,and the motion range of both legs was larger.(3)Twelve weeks of hip functional training has a positive effect on enhancing the consistency of left and right side technical movements of athletes aged 13-15 in mid-road running.
