Wheelchair racing originated from the rehabilitation of injured soldiers after World War II.It is a sport that requires high aerobic capacity of athletes.Critical power theory is a way to evaluate human aerobic capacity. At present,a large number of studies have used the critical power model to predict the training effect, sports performance and sports potential of athletes in different sports(such as swimming, cycling, rowing, etc.),and achieved certain prediction results. At the same time, the critical power theory is used to evaluate athletes’ aerobic capacity. The test process is convenient and simple, and the test process will not cause any harm to athletes. At present, there is a lack of direct research on the speed-fatigue time relationship model of wheelchair racing athletes by critical power theory. Objective: The purpose of this study is,To investigate the validity of the critical velocity model by using six full-strength motion tests with different constant velocities(80%,85%,90%,95%,100%,105% of the exhausted velocity in the incremental test)to establish the critical velocity model; To evaluate the application of these different critical velocity models in wheelchair racing; And observe the prediction effect of the parameters obtained from these six exercise tests on the actual motion performance of the subjects 5000 m,And 5000 m of competition strategy and training plan formulation. Methods :10 male wheelchair racing athletes of T54 grade in a province completed 1500 m and 5000 m of time test, incremental test, six full motion tests with different constant speed and maximum speed test respectively. The fatigue time, average distance, heart rate after exercise and blood lactate concentration were compared.By using the SPSS 22 of fatigue time and set speed,Build a velocity-fatigue time relationship model, and compare the differences between different models. Results: Changes of fatigue time, mean exercise distance, immediate heart rate and blood lactate values obtained after exercise test,It shows that the setting of 6exercise tests accords with the law of human energy metabolism;there are some differences in the parameter values(critical velocity, anaerobic working capacity, maximum velocity, etc.)obtained by different models.Three two-parameter mathematical models(distance-fatigue time linear model(D-T):0.14±0.01;linear model of velocity-1/fatigue time(V-1/T):0.25±0.07;and velocity-fatigue time nonlinear model(V-T :0.10±0.02),SEE values of critical velocity are low, while the two-parameter velocity-1/fatigue time linear model(V-1/T)was significantly different from the two-parameter model with the exception(P<0.05).Contrary to the critical velocity,Three two-parameter mathematical models(distance-fatigue time linear model(D-T):89.17±23.68;velocity-1/fatigue time linear model(V-1/T):79.50±13.86 and velocity-fatigue time nonlinear model(V-T):85.11±18.73),The SEE of anaerobic motility(AWC)is higher,There was no significant difference in SEE between models(P>0.05);In this paper, through research,The calculated value of the maximum velocity(Vmax)from the three-parameter nonlinear model is significantly higher than that Vmax the exponential model(P<0.001),And the calculated value of the maximum velocity(Vmax)of the two models is significant and much lower than the actual maximum velocity; There is a high correlation between the velocity value of 5000 m calculated by double parameter, three parameter and exponential model and the actual velocity value of 5000 m(double parameter model P=0.94,0.95,0.96;3-parameter model P=0.88;Exponential model P=0.78)but by comparison,For 5000 m,the prediction effect of double parameter model is better than that of three parameter model and exponential model. Conclusion:The results showed that the speed-fatigue time(V-T)model of men’s wheelchair racing athletes of T54 grade could be established by six full-strength exercise tests with different constant speed;By using different mathematical relations, three types of velocity-fatigue time relation models(two-parameter velocity-fatigue time nonlinear model,three-parameter velocity-fatigue time nonlinear model and three-parameter velocity-fatigue time index model)are obtained. It is found that the two-parameter velocity-fatigue time relation model is better than the three-parameter model in predicting the sports performance of T54 male wheelchair racing athletes.
