Swimming events have high requirements on technique and physical fitness,strength quality is the basis to achieve good technical movements.Having good technical movements,strength quality and reasonable movement rhythm can help athletes to achieve higher movement effectiveness and faster speed.In this paper,through testing,statistics and analysis of swimmers’ underwater dolphin kick technique and speed and other indicators,the main problems existing in athletes’underwater dolphin kick technique are understood,and the relevant factors affecting underwater sea kick technique and speed are explored.The influencing factors of different underwater dolphin kick technique characteristics are understood from multiple perspectives,and the correlation among underwater dolphin kick technique,strength and speed of swimmers is analyzed,which provides reference for Chinese swimming coaches and athletes in the optimization and guidance of underwater dolphin kick technique.In this paper,the technical parameters and dynamic parameters of 15 underwater dolphin legs of swimmers above the first class are analyzed and studied by using the methods of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.The research results show that:(1)when the underwater dolphin kick force,the optimal force Angle is formed directly and effectively,which is beneficial to improve the movement frequency and swimming speed.(2)There was a negative correlation between the speed of underwater dolphin’s legs and the frequency,a negative correlation between the speed and the maximum forward impulse,and a positive correlation between the frequency and the maximum forward impulse.(3)The swimmer’s height,weight,arm stretch length,upper body length,thigh circumference and calf circumference are all related to the underwater dolphin’s leg speed.
