Comparative Study On Excellent Women Chopping Athletes Of SATO Hitomi And SUH Hyowon

By using the methods of literature review,video observation and three-stage index evaluation,competitions’video statistics of all 30 games by each 15 games with Sato Hitomi and Suh Hyowon during 2013-2018 were collected.Take a comparative analysis of the skills and tactics of Suh Hyowon and Sato Hitomi,who are still active in the international arena,and explore the advantages and disadvantages of Suh Hyowon and Sato Hitomi’s skills and tactics,as well as their technical and tactical characteristics.The conclusions are as follows:1.Suh Hyowon and Sato Hitomi are both good at backhand serve in serving section,and both focus on backhand serve in the backhand position.Both Suh Hyowon and Sato Hitomi actively used the tactics of serving and attacking.Suh Hyowon took fewer shots than Sato Hitomi,but had a higher success rate in scoring than Sato Hitomi.Suh Hyowon’s use of sideways and forehand attacks accounted for the largest proportion,while Sato Hitomi’s use of backhand shots and pull attacks was higher than Suh Hyowon’s,and his forehand and backhand attacks were more balanced.2.In the receiving segment,Suh Hyowon tended to be more conservative in receiving the serve and increased the use of short-swing techniques,while Sato Hitomi changed the conservative style of the serve-grabbing stage in the receiving stage,and his forehand and backhand control techniques were mainly split long.The positions of Suh Hyowon and Sato Hitomi were inconsistent with the position they chose when they were restoring the ball.Suh Hyowon was in the near stage,and Sato Hitomi was in the far stage.In the catching segment,Suh Hyowon’s chopping arc is low and flat,and the quality is high.The arc of Sato Hitomi’s cut is high,but the rotation is strong.3.In the stalemate segment,in addition to the use of conventional techniques and tactics of chop players,Suh Hyowon used more rubbing tactics and onstage attack tactics in the stalemate segment,while Sato Hitomi used more continuous cutting,rubbing and continuous attack tactics in the middle and far stage.Suh Hyowon’s use of control technology is more to limit the opponent’s offense or allow the opponent to make direct mistakes through changes in arcs and lines.And Sato Hitomi’s use of the flipping technique has made Sato Hitomi’s methods of changing the ball rotation more diverse,in order to achieve the purpose of creating attack opportunities and direct scores.
