The examination and evaluation is one of the hotspots of the new curriculum reform,In the new round of reform of examination and enrollment system,the content of the examination proposed new requirements.Content of the examination should not only focus on knowledge and integrated,but also pay attention to test students' ability to apply the knowledge to analyze and solve problems,and the ability to think independently.This also put forward new requirements for the work of the questions.The Program for International Student Assessment(PISA)and the Third International Mathematics and Science Study(TIMSS)are international mainstream large-scale basic education evaluation projects,The National Assessment of Educational Progress(NAEP)is also a nationally recognized primary and secondary school academic evaluation system.Through the analysis of the scientific questions in these three educational evaluation projects,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the examination questions,as a guide to optimize the design of some middle school biology questions.And through the Rasch model to analyze the quality of the test questions,So as to provide a reference for the compiltion of questions under the new round of examination and enrollment system reform.From the point of view of the constitutive elements of the questions,namely,conception,situation,and answer,I select four aspects of the evaluation of the basic concept,the content of the test questions,the way of test presenting,And the standard of scoring to conduct a comparative analysis the PISA,TIMSS and NAEP scientific questions.Summed up the international science education evaluation questions some common features:evaluation content to focus on multi-dimensional study,the content of the questions focus on situational and test questions presented diversification.The Rasch model converts the subjects 'ability and the difficulty of the test questions into logit points by logarithmic transformation,and can compare the difficulty of the questions and the level of students' ability on a single dimension.In this study,the author chooses the class as the test object,and uses the Ministep software to analyze the test results.It is found that the test piece is in good agreement with the Rasch model,Difficulty of the test questions slightly lower than the level of student ability,individual questions need to be modified or deleted.According to the analysis results of the corresponding questions were modified or replaced.Through the above research,It shows that PISA,TIMSS,NAEP and other international education evaluation projects have some reference significance to our country's education reform.The work of test questions is also a work which needs to be improved in practice and thinking,And through the Rasch model to test the quality of the test questions,but also for the proposition work to provide a reference for measurement.
