| The E-learning capabilities is important for teachers to effectively improve and consciously accept new things in the environment of Internet, and it is also a kind of literacy that pre-service teacher students need to continuously improve.Pre-service teacher students will contact with a large number of digital learning resources in the E-learning process, which requires good information literacy to creatively solve learning problems. As we all know, good information literacy helps to improve the efficiency of E-learning.However,the influence of data literacy as an extension of information literacy on the Elearning capabilities is rarely mentioned, because most studies focus solely on the data literacy of pre-service teacher students or the E-learning capabilities of pre-service teacher students.Based on the study of The National Natural Science Foundation of China under grant NO.61977036 and Graduate Teaching Reform Project under grant NO.2019JG06,this research conducts a sample questionnaire survey of pre-service teacher students in normal universities across the country to understand the current status of data literacy and Elearning capabilities of pre-service teacher students in my country, and explores the relationship between the three dimensions of normal students’ data literacy and digital learning capabilities. Then, this research lists the relationship expressions between data literacy and E-learning capabilities. Finally, based on the relational expression from the perspective of data literacy,a strategy to promote the E-learning capabilities of pre-service teacher students is proposed. The research conclusions are as follows. The first point,in the collected sample data,58.48%of pre-service teacher students have a low level of data literacy. The second point, the number of pre-service teacher students whose digital learning ability is at a low level accounts for about 50%of the total number. The last point, there is a significant positive correlation between pre-service teacher students’ data literacy and digital learning ability, and the data literacy of pre-service teacher students has a certain degree of predictive effect on their digital learning ability.Specifically, the data analysis and processing dimensions of data literacy have relatively strong predictive power on digital learning capabilities, and the data ethics dimension has relatively weak predictive power on digital learning capabilities. |
