| In the 21th century,with the division of human profession getting more and more elaborate,a lot of innovation research requires teamwork.It's difficult to make inventions without cooperation.It's innovation that plays an important role in the competition between countries.Students are the future of our country,however,the awareness and capability of cooperation have been ignored in the traditional "telling" teaching model.Therefore,the Chinese Department of Education makes it primary mission to cultivate the spirit of students' cooperation and innovation.Group cooperative learning is students-learning oriented.Students raise questions based on independent learning,while learning groups present their learning achievements as well as expressing the doubts in class,then cooperative inquiry learning can be carried out under the guidance of the teacher,which aims at solving the problems.Throughout the process,students are able to construct knowledge by learning,analyzing,thinking,comparing,doubting,criticizing and examining independently based on their own experience,so that their knowledge and capabilities can be developed at the same time.Group cooperative learning can contribute to cultivate students' team consciousness and innovative capabilities.In this study,the author summarized theories of group cooperative learning and innovative capabilities,discussed teaching mode and learning process of group cooperative learning,enumerated related teaching cases and studied the effect of group cooperative learning on cultivation of students' innovative capabilities by questionnaire based on related teaching practice.Data analysis showed that group cooperative learning plays an important role in promoting students' innovative capability,especially the ability of raising and solving problems.Meanwhile,some problems also exist in the process of group cooperative learning.Based on the teaching practice,suggestions are as follows:first,enhance the curriculum study and manage the learning content;second,strengthen the professional learning and improve the teaching level;third,understand the students effectively and reinforce the learning team building;last,intensify the relationship between school and home and remove the doubts of parents. |
