With the integration of Internet and education,online education has become an important educational model and technological approach,and various online education platforms are developing rapidly.More and more learners acquire knowledge and develop skills through online education platforms.Massive open online course platforms represented by MOOCs and NetEase Open Course and online video websites represented by YouTube and Bilibili have accumulated a large number of users with their high-quality and massive knowledge resources,and become an important channel for website users to exchange knowledge.With the adoption of literature research,social network analysis and text analysis,this paper takes Bilibili as the research object.Firstly,on the basis of reading domestic and foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the concepts,mechanisms and communication modes of traditional literature information exchange,knowledge exchange and online knowledge exchange.Secondly,this paper constructs the knowledge exchange model of online educational video websites,and explains the components of the model and the relationship between the components.Then social network analysis method and text analysis method are used to verify the model,including:(1)Collect data of users and comments by using web crawler technology,and construct the commentreply relation matrix of website users.On this basis,use UCINET software to measure network density,investigate small-world effect and analyze centrality;(2)Use LDA model to analyze the video comment text;(3)analyze the law of topic evolution in the knowledge exchange of website from the perspective of the evolution of topic strength and the visualization of topic terms.Based on the results of empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the characteristics of knowledge exchange in online educational video websites:(1)The characteristics of subjects.The relationship between users of the website is relatively loose,and the interaction ability needs to be improved.Not all users’ knowledge exchange networks have small-world effects,and different videos are different.High outdegree,high indegree,high outdegree,low indegree,low outdegree,high indegree all belong to the core users in the knowledge exchange network,but the number of core users is small.There are "core hub" users in the network,but they control the knowledge exchange of the whole network at a lower level.These users not only play an important role in coordinating and connecting the knowledge exchange in the whole network,but also have close knowledge exchange with other users and are the core users in the network.In addition,the website users have higher knowledge quality and rich knowledge resources.(2)The characteristics of language.Users’ knowledge exchange is based on the video content,and the knowledge associated with the video content is discussed.The communication of explicit knowledge mainly includes summarizing the key points of knowledge involved in the video and explaining objective concepts or formulas.The communication of tacit knowledge mainly includes the knowledge related to personal experience,as well as the understanding of knowledge and personal views.In addition,words related to the video content and professional words mentioned by the video publisher in the video were discussed more frequently by users.(3)The characteristics of evolution.According to the changing trend of topic intensity over time,knowledge exchange topics can be divided into three types:increasing topic,attenuating topic and tortuous topic.The communication between users on explicit knowledge tends to decay over time,while the communication on tacit knowledge tends to grow over time.Users are more likely to express their own opinions rather than just sharing knowledge itself.In addition,the change of high-frequency words used by users in the process of knowledge exchange is difficult to predict.Different videos vary,but with the passage of time,they show a further refinement from macro expression to micro expression.Based on the current development situation of Bilibili and the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the efficiency and effect of knowledge exchange on online educational video websites from three aspects:improving the incentive mechanism of website knowledge exchange,introducing expert users to improve the quality of knowledge and finding the location of the website for accurate publicity.It is hoped that the results of this paper can provide some guidance for the development of online educational video websites.
