| The rapid development of science and technology in the 21 st century puts forward higher requirements for citizens’ scientific literacy.Scientific literacy is closely related to the promotion of national competitiveness.Primary school science curriculum has the characteristics of fundamental and comprehensive,which is an important way to cultivate students’ scientific literacy.Virtual reality environment provides students with the basis of interaction with resources,to a certain extent,provides more possibilities for using the body to obtain perception,and can provide an immersive cognitive environment for the development of science curriculum in primary schools.Embodied teaching pays more attention to student’s physical attribute,guides students to generate a real physical embodied experience through the interaction between the body and the environment,at the same time provides students with corresponding teaching resources,so that they can organize and integrate physical embodied experience in their mind,form their own experience in their mind,realize image embodiment and achieve the representation of knowledge.How to combine the thought of embodied cognition with teaching in virtual reality environment,give full play to the real role of virtual reality,and promote the improvement of teaching effect in virtual reality environment has become the main problem of this research.This research firstly sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature on virtual reality education,embodied teaching and primary school science teaching at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the current research situation,and defines the concepts of "virtual reality","embodied teaching" and "instructional design".Based on "constructivism theory","embodied cognition theory" and "learning by doing theory",this research constructs a frame of embodied instructional design about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment.This research is mainly divided into three parts.Firstly,the appropriateness analysis of embodied teaching about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment.This research investigates the teaching situation of primary school science curriculum in the virtual reality environment,summarizes the problems in primary school science curriculum teaching,and analyzes the role of embodied teaching in the virtual reality environment according to the core idea of embodied teaching,so as to determine the appropriateness.Secondly,the embodied instructional design about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment.First of all,clarify the problems that need to be paid attention to in the embodied teaching in the virtual reality environment.On the basis of constructing the embodied teaching process in the virtual reality environment,combine the process of physical embodiment and image embodiment,and design corresponding instructional strategies.On the basis of giving full play to the role of social environment,physical environment and psychological environment,this research constructs the framework of embodied instructional design in virtual reality environment,and each element involved in the framework is explained and analyzed.Thirdly,the test of the practical effect of the embodied instructional design about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment.This research adopts the design-based research method,according to the specific teaching content,through two iterative cycles of design and implementation,analysis and evaluation,reflection and modification,the framework of teaching design is implemented and applied,and finally constructs the revised embodied instructional design framework about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment.The results of this research on embodied instructional design and practice about science curriculum of primary school in virtual reality environment show that,the embodied teaching of primary school science curriculum in the virtual reality environment can help students effectively organize and integrate the interactive experience between the body and the environment obtained in the virtual reality environment,form the real experience in their mind,and promote students’ understanding of the relevant knowledge of science curriculum,establish a solid foundation for the effective formation of scientific literacy.The results of this research provide feasible schemes and reference cases for the implementation of embodied cognitive theory... |
