At present,the state has provided strong policy support for improving the treatment of teachers in all aspects.At the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for teachers.Due to the lack of practical experience,novice teachers’ teaching ability is still far from the national requirements.This thesis expects to find the most obvious difference between expert teachers and novice teachers from the language comparison between them,and provide targeted and operable suggestions for novice teachers.Based on conversation analysis theory and constructivism theory,this thesis uses the research method of combining qualitative research and quantitative research to analyze the language differences between novice teachers and expert teachers when using the same courseware.This study is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which expounds the research background of building a high-quality teacher team proposed by the state and the research plan and methods of this thesis.The second chapter combs the process and achievements of teacher language research by sorting out the research review of teacher language at home and abroad.The third chapter analyzes the "classroom structure" and "language speed" of the two teachers through the comparison of "the proportion of teachers’ language" and "the number of words in Teachers’ language per minute".In Chapter 4,after word frequency retrieval with software,two aspects of research are carried out: one is to analyze the language richness of the two teachers by comparing the use frequency of common words of the two teachers;the other is to compare and analyze the differences in the use of scientific language between the two teachers by three means: the proportion of Physics related words,coding and classroom record analysis.The fifth chapter classifies the actual records of the two teachers,extracts eight representative parts,expounds the differences between the two teachers in teaching language and teaching effect,and finally arranges the characteristics of expert teachers and the problems existing in novice teachers.In Chapter 6,experiments are set up to verify the effectiveness of the suggestions.The seventh chapter summarizes and puts forward targeted suggestions for novice teachers.The study found that novice teachers and expert teachers accounted for too much language in the classroom structure.In terms of language density and speed,expert teachers are denser and faster than novice teachers.In terms of word use,expert teachers have higher language richness and higher frequency of scientific language than novice teachers.In the specific teaching,the expanded content is richer,showing a more profound knowledge and more professional quality;Pay more attention to the connection between knowledge;The teaching process is more detailed and complex.At the same time,novice teachers have some problems,such as low questioning level,chaotic language,nonstandard description,rough teaching process,weak language expression ability and so on.In this regard,it is suggested that novice teachers should improve their language charm from three aspects: scientificity,appeal and affinity.1、 Novice teachers need to recognize their mission as disseminators of scientific knowledge and disseminators of scientific identity,constantly improve their professional course literacy,broaden their knowledge,and conquer students with rich and accurate knowledge literacy.2、 Flexibly adjust their language content,speaking speed,intonation and express their inner feelings according to the progress of classroom organization.3、 Take students as the center,think from the perspective of students,and gradually give the right to speak to students on the premise of achieving teaching objectives.In this process,try not to ask invalid questions.The innovation of this thesis is to make a qualitative research on the teaching language of novice teachers and expert teachers from the perspective of physics,control the variables such as the teaching structure and order of the two teachers,put forward targeted suggestions for novice teachers after the analysis,and set up experiments to verify the reliability of the suggestions.In addition,through the comparison of common words,this thesis analyzes the problem of language richness,which is innovative.
