Anatomical terminology is a recognized unified standard that must be formulated in order to correctly describe the shape,position and interrelationship of human structures,and it includes anatomical posture and orientation terms.Kinematic anatomy terminology is based on anatomical terminology and is used to describe the form of joint motion of the human body.This article combines anatomical terms with sports anatomy terms.The application of anatomical terms to describe the direction of joint movement,the application of sports anatomy terms to describe the form of joint movement,can describe the joint movement process in most movements,and then use joint movement and muscle mobilization.The relationship between the inverse derivation of the muscle mobilization in the action.This research mainly collects relevant literature materials through the literature method,collects the ideas and steps of anatomical analysis of sports movements,mainly includes the essentials of sports movement analysis and the situations that need to be paid attention to when analyzing movements,etc.,which provides facts for writing the thesis material and basis.At the same time,through anatomy books,sports anatomy books,and related fitness books,a large amount of joint and muscle movement knowledge has been sorted out,and a database related to the derivation of participating muscles through joint movements has been constructed.Apply logic analysis to combine joint motion data with muscle data.Video analysis method was used to intercept two sets of broadcast gymnastics movements,and the movements were divided into stages and key frames were intercepted.Finally,the statistical method is applied to analyze the results,such as the frequency of muscle mobilization and the number of muscles involved in exercise.The research conclusions are as follows:1.This study uses the terminology of sports anatomy to describe the joint movement in sports movements,and the method of analyzing the muscle mobilization situation can clearly describe the movement situation of each joint,and analyze the muscles involved in the movement of each joint and the frequency of muscle mobilization..2.By comparing the number of muscle mobilizations and the number of muscles involved in the movements of the two sets of radio gymnastics,it is concluded that the ninth set of radio gymnastics is richer in action content,and the muscles involved in the movements are more comprehensive and higher.exercise value.Suggest:1.The form of joint movement in complex and complete sets of sports movements is changeable.Therefore,when describing joint movement,the description of the joint movement angle and speed should be detailed,which is beneficial to avoid errors in the analysis results.2.When the joints move in multiple dimensions,it is necessary to consider whether there is muscle accumulation in the muscles during the movement,so as to avoid errors in the analysis results.
