For the national identity of the nation,the consolidation of the roots of ethnicity,and the maintenance of national security and stability,the cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is of great significance.Taking the family education of Sani primary school students in Shilin Yi Autonomous County,Yunnan Province as the research object,this thesis relies on theories related to educational management as the support,and adopts a parallel approach of empirical and theoretical investigation to explore the possibility of enhancing the effectiveness of family education to further strengthen the roots of Sani culture.On the basis of this study,we propose to promote home-school cooperation in real-life contexts and achieve effective integration of school education and family education,so as to better transmit ethnic culture in the context of the new era.To enhance national identity and promoting national prosperity and stability,this study is of targeted value in promoting the innovative development of minority culture inheritance,and is expected to have long-term significance.Through employing literature analysis,survey method and comparative analysis method,this thesis takes 368 families of Sani primary school students in three townships in the birthplace of Sani culture in Shilin Yi Autonomous County,Yunnan Province as the research object,and investigates the current situation of cultural inheritance in Sani family education under the perspective of cultural inheritance.The author firstly used documentary analysis to sort out the historical lineage of Sani culture and explore the spiritual core of Sani culture,and then conducted a five-week preliminary research among 39 families through questionnaire tracking,based on which a questionnaire was prepared and conducted among 368 families.The questionnaire was conducted in five dimensions:Sani family education environment,education concept,cultural content mastery,cultural inheritance and cultural attitude.Through the analysis of the survey data,I found that the advantages and problems of cultural transmission in Sani family education are equally prominent.With the four dimensions of "diversified and open educational concepts," "preservation of spiritual cultural elements of the educational content community," "deepening of democratic educational methods based on festivals," and "positive cultural attitudes",there are three problems as well: "lack of awareness of cultural heritage autonomy under the impact of mainstream culture," "lack of planning in educational content and methods," and "lack of action in cultural heritage.The thesis used multiple comparative analysis to find out the main influencing factors of cultural transmission in Sani’s family education: positive cultural attitudes,equal family education ethics,and positive and negative family education focus shifting,in order to clarify the relationship between Sani’s family education and cultural transmission while based on the current situation of the survey.On the basis of the family education survey,this thesis innovatively explores the advantages of family education and optimizes the effectiveness of family education based on educational management theory,and establishes "positive cultural attitude to lay the foundation of cultural inheritance development,open and inclusive educational concept to connect tradition and modernity to open the perspective of cultural inheritance,deep cultural core to enrich the content of family education to stabilize the core of cultural inheritance,and democratic family education to promote the development of family education.The core of cultural inheritance is enriched by a profound cultural core.The "four-in-one" family education and cultural inheritance mechanism,which integrates the four main measures of "democratic family education approach to promote home-school cooperation and open the way to cultural inheritance",helps promote cultural inheritance of Sani.There is still room for optimization though lots works has already been done,such as matching parent-child data,comparing the changes of children after the application of the cultural transmission mechanism,and further improving the "family," "school," and "community" trinity cultural transmission mechanism as well as continuing reflection on the establishment of a trinity cultural transmission mechanisms of "family," "school," and "community".
