Teachers’ evaluation behavior is an important part of classroom teaching.A correct and appropriate evaluation behavior can make the classroom atmosphere relaxed and happy.In this learning environment,students’ interest in mathematics learning will gradually increase.Students will unconsciously fall in love with math,more importantly,the teacher–student relationship will become very harmonious.On the contrary,an inappropriate evaluation behavior may cause students’ resistance and psychological burden,and also affect students’ enthusiasm for learning,lose interest in learning and reduce classroom efficiency.It will even reduce the prestige of teachers and create a crisis in the relationship between teachers and students.The research takes J primary school in T city as the research object,and studies the evaluation behavior of teachers in classroom teaching.It mainly includes the following contents:Introducing the reasons for choosing the topic,summarize the domestic and foreign researches on teacher evaluation behavior;Taking classroom observation method and questionnaire survey method to research teachers’ evaluation behavior in elementary mathematics classroom,interview method and case analysis were used for supplementary explanations;Analyze the status quo to identify problems and analyze their causes;Provide optimization suggestions for the causes of problems.The study found,it is found that there are mainly these problems in teachers’ evaluation behavior in elementary mathematics classroom.Classroom evaluations are mostly judgments of right and wrong;Teacher evaluation does not combine multiple evaluation methods;Classroom evaluation points to a relatively single content;Classroom evaluation ignores evaluation of student groups;Classroom evaluation lacks enough emotion and care.There are five main reasons to explore the following five aspects:Teachers’ evaluation behavior ignores the inspiration and guidance of students;Teachers’ understanding of the evaluation concept is not deep enough;The traditional educational concept of teachers has not changed;Teachers’ evaluations pay insufficient attention to groups;Lack of good classroom evaluation literacy.Finally,optimization suggestions are put forward according to the reasons for the problems:Grasp the characteristics of classroom teaching,pay attention to the evaluation and inspiration;Strengthen teachers’ evaluation concept and diversify evaluation forms;Change the traditional concept of education,and evaluate the content of diversification;Evaluation should not only focus on the individual,but also focus on the whole;To cultivate good evaluation literacy,evaluation should be full of emotion.
