At present,under the care of the party and the state,with the strong support of governments at all levels,the construction of school sports culture has achieved remarkable results and become a window to show quality education.However,at this stage,the middle school sports meeting has fallen into an awkward situation of "a small number of people do it and most people see it." the sports meeting has become a stage for a small number of students to display their talents,while more students play the role of an audience and are unable to experience the happiness brought about by sports.This is contrary to the thought of "national fitness" advocated by our country at present.The lack of original intention created by the sports meeting is not enough to cultivate the quality of students' enterprising will.Under this background,the content of this research is determined.The author turns his attention to Qiubei County,starting with the purpose and principle of holding the Games,project arrangement,organization and implementation,and so on.This paper studies the development of seven middle school games in Shuanglongying Town Junior Middle School,Bark Township Junior Middle School,Badaoshingxiang Junior Middle School,Qiubei County No.1 Junior Middle School,Tianxing Township Junior Middle School,Xindian Township Junior Middle School and Pingzhai Middle School.On this basis,From the aspects of "the relationship between motivation and behavior","interpersonal relationship","moral quality","learning attitude" and so on,this paper focuses on the standard,basis,idea,project setting and concrete implementation of the "all-member" school sports meeting from the aspects of "the relationship between motivation and behavior","interpersonal relationship","moral quality","learning attitude" and so on.Carry out in-depth exploration.In this paper,the use of telephone interviews,questionnaires,literature methods to obtain the relevant data and materials.At the same time,the use of mathematical statistics and logical analysis method to sort out the data and data,in-depth analysisof the current middle school track and field sports meeting model and the "all-member" school sports meeting reform advantages and disadvantages.The study found that: first,there are some common problems in a considerable number of middle school sports school sports meeting.To enable the "all-member" school sports meeting to better reflect the advantages of the sports meeting,such as physical strength,education,membership,safety,participation,reward and punishment,and on this basis,to set up competition events reasonably.To enrich the connotation of the "all-member" school sports meeting;third,in the process of planning the "all-member" school sports meeting,we have learned that the "all-member" school sports meeting is deeply loved by students,and in improving the enthusiasm for participating in the student sports meeting,tempering the quality of will,and so on.Fourth,on the premise of accurately grasping the school-running level and scale of Pingzhai Middle School in Qiubei County,we verify the innovation of sports events and test the feasibility of new projects by using diversified organizational methods.Fifth,some innovative projects have some shortcomings,the consideration is not comprehensive enough,ignoring the requirements of the venue,equipment,rules and the consideration of gender differences,restricting the better development of the Games;Sixth,take the participation of all teachers and students as the basic standard,rigorous planning and diversified organizational forms,to ensure that more students can actively participate in the Games,and ultimately achieve the goal of full participation.To lay a solid foundation for the design and implementation of the "all-member" school sports meeting.Seventh,the impact of the development of the "all-member" school sports meeting on school management and
