The Research On Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial Values Of College Students

Entrepreneurial values are an important part of socialist core values,which are constantly enriched and developed in the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",and play an important role in the construction of socialist ideology and the strengthening of the discourse of mainstream values in China.With socialist core values as the core,entrepreneurial value goals,entrepreneurial value means and entrepreneurial value evaluation as the inner structure,and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s hope for young people to show their talents and serve society in innovation and entrepreneurship as the requirements of the times,the values of college students’ entrepreneurship have condensed the specific contents of dedication,innovation and development,rational risk-taking,unremitting struggle and family sentiment.Since 1990,the state has issued 125 policy documents from various departments to support college students’ innovation and enterprise to lead the formation of college students’ startup values,and universities reinforced the cultivation of college students’ startup values through academic and practice-based education,and individuals continuously revised and enhanced their startup values from the generation logic of understanding,recognition,selection to integration of startup values.Through a questionnaire survey of 1300 college students to understand the current situation of college students’ entrepreneurial values,SPSS 25.0 is used to analyze the factors of the survey data to clarify the internal dimensions of college students’ entrepreneurial values,and through descriptive statistical analysis,to clarify college students’ entrepreneurial value goals,entrepreneurial value means and entrepreneurial values The status quo of value evaluation,using ANOVA and multiple comparison analysis to discuss the differences in entrepreneurial values among college students from different backgrounds.From the data analysis,this paper explores the phenomenon that the current college students’ entrepreneurial value goals are not clear enough,the entrepreneurial value methods are not mature enough,and the entrepreneurial value evaluation is not objective enough,and the cultivation of college students’ entrepreneurial value has insufficient ideas of innovation and development of female college students.The higher the grade,the weaker and weaker the entrepreneurial value.The problem of insufficient cultivation of entrepreneurial values practice.The reasons behind this are the insufficient integration of national policy support and humanistic care,the lack of continuity between entrepreneurship theory and practical education in colleges and universities,and the impact of multiple social trends on mainstream values.Enhance the orientation and humanistic nature of national policies to direct college students to convert their entrepreneurial values.Fortifying the stage and continuity of entrepreneurship innovation education in colleges and universities,boosting the transformation of the outcome of the efficacy of entrepreneurship practice to rectify the entrepreneurial values of college students.Key emphasis on socialist central values education to cultivate college students’ aspiration and conviction,enhance college students’ morality and sense of legalism,and stand up correct entrepreneurial values.The synthesis of the forces of the government,universities and society to construct a feasible path for the cultivation of entrepreneurial values among college students relying on the three dimensions of policy,curriculum and cultural ambience provides a reference for the better push forward of entrepreneurial values education among college students,and has an essential contemporary value for the cultivation of socialist core values and by extension socialist ideology education.
