| Academic acquisition is an individual’s cognitive experience of the relevant results of the subject research.It is not only a measure of the academic status of college teachers,but also the foothold and value orientation of the reform of scientific research evaluation in Colleges and universities.By improving college teachers’ sense of academic acquisition,it is conducive to push back the process of scientific research evaluation reform and promote the benign and rapid development of China’s independent innovation ability.On the basis of literature review,interviews and institutional reference,this study compiled a questionnaire with certain reliability and validity,and measured the academic acquisition of 264 teachers from 6 universities such as Chongqing University.The main results are as follows:(1)The academic sense of college teachers mainly includes the sense of scientific research management level,the sense of project support,and the sense of academic atmosphere;(2)The total average score of College Teachers’ academic sense of acquisition is3.48,the score of scientific research management level is the highest,the score of academic atmosphere construction is the second,and the score of project support is the lowest,but it does not reach the statistical difference.(3)There is an interaction between gender and length of service in the sense of project support.For college teachers who have worked for 20 years or more,women are significantly higher than men;There is an interaction between gender and income,and between professional title and income in creating a sense of access to academic atmosphere.College male teachers with an annual per capita income of 160000 or more are significantly higher than female teachers,and college teachers with primary professional titles with an income of more than 160000 are significantly higher than those with an income of less than 160000.(4)College Teachers’ psychological capital and government trust are significantly positively correlated with academic acquisition and its sub dimensions,and also have a partial positive predictive effect on academic acquisition and its sub dimensions.In view of the research results,we propose to improve the overall level of College Teachers’ sense of academic acquisition by increasing scientific research support and paying attention to the growth of young teachers,and pay attention to the specific differences of College Teachers’ sense of academic acquisition by creating a healthy academic atmosphere and respecting personalized development,By promoting the construction of psychological capital and improving the quality of government service to improve the relevant policies of College Teachers’ sense of academic acquisition. |
