Learning Motivation is an important factor that affects the academic level of teenagers.At present,academic pressure of teenagers is increasing constantly.To ensure the academic level of teenagers,we should adjust the academic pressure by maintaining proper learning motivation,it is very important to promote the healthy growth of teenagers.The study found that perceived social support and psychological capital have effects on learning motivation.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the relationship among social support,psychological capital and learning motivation,and explore the psychological mechanism of social support on learning motivation.This study is divided into two parts: Study 1,using psychometric methods,the Psychological capital scale,Learning motivation scale and Perceived social support scale was used to measure the psychological capital,learning motivation and perceived social support of 632 students in Hebei Province.This study examined the level of adolescents’ psychological capital and its four dimensions of hope,optimism,self-efficacy and resilience,as well as their differences in demographic variables The level of learning motivation,endogenous learning motivation and exogenous learning motivation and the difference of demography variables;In understanding social support and its family support,social support,other support on the level of three dimensions and demographic variables.At the same time,this study also explores the mediating role of psychological capital in understanding the relationship between social support and learning motivation.In Study 2,interviews were conducted with 15 adolescents,and the results were analyzed using Nvivo software.From these two studies,the conclusions are as following:1.Perceived social support of adolescents was above the middle level,and there were no significant differences in gender,grade,whether they were only children or different family regions.The psychological capital of adolescents is in the middle to upper level,and there are significant differences in different grades: the Eighth grade is greater than the Seventh grade,the Ninth grade is greater than the Seventh grade.The level of learning motivation of adolescents is above the middle level,and there are significant differences in gender and different family regions,as follows: boys’ learning motivation and endogenous learning motivation are higher than girls’;The learning motivation and endogenous learning motivation of urban adolescents are higher than that of rural adolescents.2.There are two correlations among perceived social support,psychological capital and learning motivation.Comprehension of social support and its friend support dimension will have a significant positive impact on psychological capital;psychological capital and its hope and optimism dimension will affect learning motivation has a significant positive impact;comprehension of social support and its family support dimension will have a significant positive impact on learning motivation.3.Psychological capital plays a part of the mediating role between comprehension of social support and learning motivation.
