| Since the 1990 s,with stable policies of reform and opening to the outside world,China’s economy has developed fleetly,and the demand for labor has also increased.The floating population has gradually emerged and grown.The huge floating population has become an important driving force for China’s economic and social development.The increase in the number of migrant children is also the result of large-scale population movements.Migrant children have always been disadvantaged in education because of their mobility.Government departments attach great importance to the education of migrant children,and have issued a series of policies to ensure the right to education of migrant children.However,there are still some problems,such as difficulty in admission to kindergarten,low level of protection,obvious academic pressure,insufficient campus integration,and prominent psychological problems for migrant children.These problems require the Chinese government to make reasonable responses by improving the education policy for migrant children.As a "positive social policy",development-oriented social policy focuses on investment in human capital,which is in line with the improvement and development of my country’s education policy for migrant children.From the theoretical perspective of developmentoriented social policy,this text systematically sorts out the education policy of migrant children in my country,and analyzes the current shortcomings of the education policy for migrant children in combination with our country’s actual situation.At the same time,through a comparative study of the education policies of migrant children in the United States,Japan and the European Union,it is found that the education policies of migrant children in developed countries can be used for reference,and it is proposed to introduce development-oriented policy theory to improve the top-level design of my country’s education policy for migrant children,and improve the education of migrant children.Policy and financial support system,integration of multi-departmental work to form institutional synergy and other countermeasures,so as to promote the improvement of my country’s education policy for migrant children. |
