A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Children From The Perspective Of Developmental Social Policy

The development-oriented social policy mainly expounds the combination of economic policy and social policy,and social policy is regarded as an economic investment,it is also an emphasis on the normative development and improvement of social systems,the provision of basic welfare and services to individuals,the emphasis on social equity and justice,and the promotion of the active participation of members of society.The development-oriented social policy has revealed some deficiencies and shortcomings in the current system and policy implementation of rehabilitation and assistance for disabled children in China,the development-oriented social policy provides powerful direction and guidance for perfecting the policy making,promoting the diversification of welfare and service,and supporting the disadvantaged groups.Social work has the characteristics of prevention,rehabilitation and development,and its intervention in the field of rehabilitation of children with disabilities has to a great extent mobilized the third-party forces besides rehabilitation doctors,rehabilitation teachers,rehabilitation therapists,etc.,to intervene in policy research,rights maintenance,rehabilitation education,family mutual help network and so on,to provide case,family group,community integration services for children and families with disabilities.Social Work Intervention can better support and protect the vulnerable groups,enrich the strength of the professional team,and help to build a diversified rehabilitation service system.This paper has a deep understanding of the connotation and characteristics of development-oriented policy and rehabilitation social work,and a comparative analysis of the relationship between them,it is closely related to the idea and goal of promoting the all-round development of children,constructing the system of rehabilitation and forming the multi-responsibility bodies to promote the service.Taking the Rehabilitation Center for the disabled in y city as an example,from the perspective of Developmental Social Policy,to understand the management and operation of rehabilitation institutions,the supply of rehabilitation education and teaching services,the current situation of professionals,the needs of children with disabilities and their parents’ cognition of social work intervention in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities,etc.,pointing out the problems existing in the intervention of social work in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities,using the concept and connotation of developmental social policy to analyze the causes of the problems,and clarifying the developmental review and practical exploration of social work in the rehabilitation of children with disabilities,and give advice on how to do it.Therefore,from the perspective of developmental social policy,it is necessary to construct a comprehensive rehabilitation service system for disabled children in China,this will play a far-reaching role in promoting the long-term development of rehabilitation social work for disabled children,improving the quality of professional rehabilitation social work personnel,and promoting the stable and coordinated development of economy and society.
