As a large military country,China has a large number of soldiers,and the improvement of the military development and training system has attracted more and more attention in recent years.However,there is still little theoretical and practical research on the career development of retired soldiers,a specific military group.More and more ex servicemen have left the familiar army life after retirement,and can not quickly integrate into the society and find a suitable career direction and career development path.As a result,a considerable number of them can not give full play to their own advantages and fall into the dilemma of personal career development,resulting in their emotional and psychological imbalance,family life difficulties and other problems,which have a great impact on the service status of active servicemen in China The smooth development of conscription has a negative impact.In order to explore a new way to improve this situation,this study attempts to start from the practice of social work,take the 8 veterans of a township in Harbin who came into contact with the practice of work as the research object of this practice,systematically sort out the common difficulties of career choice,career ability,career salary and career identity in the process of their career development,deeply analyze the multiple causes of these difficulties,and try to use the method of group social work,Guide these 8 veterans to release pressure,find problems,face themselves squarely,explore their potential,and finally help these veterans improve their career development difficulties,find suitable career development paths,regain life confidence,and provide some useful reference for the improvement of similar problems of such groups.
